Oceans are Talking
Oceans are Talking is a musical call-to-action to get kids in the K-6 age group and their families excited about saving our oceans. Oceans are Talking recently won a silver medal in the 2011 Parents’ Choice Awards, gaining a feature spot on the popular Kids’ Place Live show on Sirius/XM Radio during Earth Week 2011. Sam received special praise for the song, “Blue Planet”, featuring guest performances by Noel Paul Stookey of Peter, Paul & Mary and long time world music and environmental champion, Paul
Winter. The Blue Planet video was aired publicly last June 15th at Sylvia Earle’s TEDx Conference on the Gulf Disaster, held in Washington, DC.
