The Environmental Threat of Sunken Military Craft
The Ocean Foundation's president, Mark J. Spalding, has organized and will moderate a panel during the Lawyers' Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation 2012 conference entitled, "From Plunder to Preservation: The Untold Story of Cultural Heritage, World War II, and the Pacific." Mark's panel, "The Environmental Threat of Sunken Military Craft," takes place on November 9th, 2012.
