International Meeting and Negotiation Facilitation
Whether it's a quarterly Board
of Director's meeting, an
all-staff retreat, a bilingual negotiation or
an international
workshop, some times you need a skilled,
experienced outsider to come
in and add some perspective and
structure. Our staff, consultants and
advisors can provide a range of services from
simple meeting
facilitation to moderating complex
international negotiations. We
strive to create a friendly, welcoming and
sophisticated tone to your
discussions, regardless of your
objectives. We will help you and your
colleagues to explore collaborative
opportunities, exchange
information, develop strategies, mediate
conflicts, build relationships
and reach agreements, all in the name of marine
conservation and
protecting our ocean.
Fee structure: Our normal facilitation fee is $1,500 a day plus expenses, though this can change based on circumstances, staff availability and the scope of your needs. Please contact TOF President Mark J. Spalding at mspalding@oceanfdn.org to discuss your situation and receive a quote.

o Facilitated a workshop on invasive aquatic species for the North American Commission for Environmental Cooperation (bilingual)
o Organized and moderated public consultation meetings throughout the US-Mexico border region for the North American Development Bank (bilingual)
